Removal Defense

She has also had the honor of securing humanitarian asylum for survivors of genocide and other extreme forms of persecution. Asylum work is the heart of Jill’s practice and her most deeply committed cause.

Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)

Jill is honored to advocate for children who have been abused, abandoned, or neglected. She is licensed to practice in all Virginia Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts and guides children through the full SIJS process—from family court findings to lawful permanent residency.

Immigration Detention

Jill works with individuals detained by ICE to secure their release on bond or to represent them in their removal proceedings while in detention. She acts quickly and compassionately to protect their rights and reunite families.

Citizenship
